Gender inequality in the workplace is an important issue for any business. A gender-equal environment where all employees feel respected and valued creates an overall positive workplace. However, our survey findings indicate that parity for women in the workplace has not yet been achieved, and some even experience unpleasant treatment. To learn more about this issue, Populix surveyed working women in Indonesia to shed light on their opinions on the current state of gender equality in the workplace, to help employers and leaders better understand concerns surrounding gender inequalities at work.
