The Ibrahimy Genteng Banyuwangi Institute of Islamic Religion (IAI), previously known as the Tarbiyah Faculty of Ibrahimy University, Situbondo Branch, was founded on April 3 1984 to coincide with 1 Rajab 1404 Hijriyah.
