Along with the development of the ministry of the Church of Christ God, the need for servants of God also increases. This need is very much recognized by several figures from the Church of Christ God, including Elders Koo Twan Tjhing, Liong Sing Ngien, Liem Boen Pin, Rev. Joseph Tong and others.
