Can points expire?

Points have an active period of 1 year.

Can points be exchanged for Populix balance?

Points cannot be exchanged for Populix balance. Users can only exchange points at PopMart or Lucky Draw.

How do I collect points?

Users can earn points by actively participating in various activities in the Populix apps, such as PopPoll, PopCheck, and completing the verification process during registration. Moreover, Populix will give extra points to celebrate users’ birthday and the date they join the Populix apps.

When will I receive my reward after completing a study?

Our research team will review your response before the reward is given. The process takes a maximum of 3 working days. If your response is ‘approved’, you will receive the cash reward as listed in the study, but if your response is ‘rejected’, you will receive a point reward.

How can I withdraw rewards from my Populix account, and how long does it take for the funds to be transferred to my bank account?

You can tap ‘Withdraw Balance’ on the ‘Reward’ section to withdraw the reward. Please note that the minimum withdrawal balance is IDR 15,000 and requires a maximum working time of 1×24 hours.

For withdrawals under IDR 50,000, you will be charged IDR 5,000 for the admin fee.

Why was my withdrawal declined?

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons, such as:
– Invalid bank account number
– Invalid mobile number

What are the bank and e-wallet options supported for withdrawals?

Populix rewards balance can be disbursed to the following bank and e-wallet accounts: BCA, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, OVO, and Go-Pay.

My withdrawals have not been credited to my bank or e-wallet account. What should I do?

If you receive an email notifying you that ‘Balance Withdrawal Successful’, it means that the Populix team has successfully transferred the balance to your account. However, if you receive the email but the reward has yet to be credited to your bank or e-wallet account, please wait no later than 3×24 working hours.

Ensure that the account number you entered is correct, and check your account mutations periodically. Furthermore, you can contact the bank or e-wallet service since errors might also occur in their system.
