How/when can I get a study?

Each study available on our platform has different respondent criteria, ranging from age, domicile, gender, occupation, and so on. We will only send you studies that match your criteria.

Is there any maximum study I can take?

As a respondent, you can take as many studies as you want and collect as many rewards as possible.

My response got rejected. What can I do?

Each of your responses will go through a validation process by our research team. You are not allowed to answer carelessly or neglect the instructions given since it will lead to response rejection or failure. However, if you feel that your response was rejected due to an error, you can contact us through email at or tap the ‘Help’ button at the upper right corner of the screen.

How long should I take to complete a study?

Each study has a different estimated run time, with an average of 10-15 minutes. You must complete the study within the timeframe estimated by our research team. If you take too long or too fast, your participation will be automatically canceled, and you will not get the reward.
